Established in June 1988, Shanghai Shanghai
Combined Environmental Engineering Company is a professional Co. in
industrial wastewater treatment and provides package services with
specialty from design, construction, commissioning to operation administration.
With headquarter located in Jinshan Dis trict
of Shanghai, we have 7 (seven) subsidiaries distributed in Shijiazhuang,
Qingdao, Changchun, Harbin and Suzhou. In our headquarter, we have
43 technical professionals, most of them coming from professional
design institutes, including 3 senior engineers at professor class
and 12 senior engineers, all of these experts have rich experiences
in practice and professional ethics.
Since establishment, we have provided services of wastewater treatments
for various industrial fields across the country, such as the field
of textile dyeing and printing, grain and oil, beer, food, petroleum
engineering, chemical engineering, tanning, pharmacy, corn starch
processing, electric plating, hospital and city wastewater, etc. We
have a total investment exceeding RMB176 million, and the daily working
capacity of 170 thousand tons wastewater. Superior quality and compliance
with national discharge standard enable us to undertake a series of
demonstrating projects around the country, for example, wastewater

We were responsible for the operation and administration of wastewater
treatment project of Ningbo Lion Brewery Co., Ltd. and Debier Brewery
(Danshan) Co., Ltd. with water treatment capacity of 8000m3/d
and 2500 m3/d as the design capacity respectively, and
the water discharge quality is up to the first level of national discharge
standard. We have established sound rules and regulations, and testing
laboratory for daily quality monitoring through sampling analysis
is set up to ensure the quality according to actual situations of
the company. It is proved that wastewater treatment projects by design
and administration demonstrate advanced techniques, stable and reliable
wastewater treatment facilities with low operation cost and good effect.
Compliance with discharge standard and no violation to relevant regulations
ensure the project trustworthy to employers and local environmental
protection authorities.
With the application of the technology of “Hydrolyzation of organic
wastewater-Aerobiotic treatment technology (H/O process)” developed
by us, 98% of COD is able to be eliminated. This technology was incorporated
into the list of the Recommended Project of Best Practical Technology
for Environmental Protection (Registered No. 94-B-W-048) by the
State Environment Protection Administration in 1994. After its recommendation
and application for years, it was again assessed as the Recommended
Project of Best Practical Technology for Environmental Protection
(No. 94-B-W-034) after re-evaluation by the State Environment
Protection Administration. We are a technology support entity specified
by the State Environment Protection Administration. In 1997, our company
was identified as technology support enterprise (Certificate No. is
2421) for Hydrolyzation of organic wastewater-Aerobiotic treatment
technology enjoying the membership of Promotion Plan of State-level
Key Scientific and Technology Achievements by the State Science
and Technology Commission of the People’s Republic of China.
Our company is one of the first enterprise obtaining certificate
of special project design by the State Environmental Protection Agency
and certificate of operation and administration of environmental protection
facilities. We won the Golden Prize of Achievement for Chinese
Social Development and Environmental Protection by the State Environmental
Protection Administration and the Invention and Innovation Star
by China branch of UNTIPS. |
